An empty home is the perfect moment for a thorough clean. While you organise the move, we get the old home ready for handover or the new home move-in ready. So you start with a clean slate.
You can combine the move-in/move-out clean with carpet cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning and the inside of the kitchen cupboards. We also help with small jobs in and around the house and with packing and unpacking the moving boxes.
What we do in every room
With a deep clean, a move-in/move-out clean or a post-renovation clean, this is always included. So you know exactly what you're getting in advance.

Dust and cobwebs
Cobwebs gone and everything dusted: the rooms, lampshades, windowsills, furniture and lighting.

Vacuuming and mopping
All floors fully vacuumed and mopped. Where possible, we move the furniture forward and clean behind it.

Doors, frames and skirting boards
Doors, door frames and skirting boards wiped down, as well as light switches and sockets.

Radiators
We get the dust out from between the radiator panels. A spot that almost always gets forgotten.

Removing residue
We carefully remove cement, glue, plaster, stickers and paint residue.

Stairwell
We clean the stairwell, including the handrails.
And a little extra for each room
Some rooms need more attention. This is what we do there on top.

Kitchen
Cooker hood, extractor fan and filters degreased. The outside of the cupboards and kitchen units wiped down, oven and microwave degreased, sink and tap descaled. The inside of the cupboards can be added as an extra.

Bathroom
The whole bathroom cleaned, light mould removed and the extractor fan cleaned.

Toilet
The toilet thoroughly cleaned, light mould removed and the extractor fan cleaned.

Extras
Carpet cleaning, windows inside and out, pressure washing or the inside of the kitchen cupboards: feel free to add them.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a move-in/move-out clean?
With a deep clean we clean a home or space from top to bottom, even if you're living there as normal. A move-in/move-out clean usually happens in an empty home: we get the old home ready for handover or sale, and the new one move-in ready.
When you move, we can also help with packing and unpacking the boxes and with small jobs in and around the house.
How soon can you come?
We're available 7 days a week, even at short notice. Exactly how soon also depends on the size of the job.
Is it urgent? Call or WhatsApp us on 06 17 73 11 11. We can often come the same day or the next.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not much. Make sure we can get in and that there's electricity, water and good lighting. Is there still waste from a renovation, or are other tradespeople working there that day? Let us know in advance and we'll plan around it.
Do you also do the windows?
Yes, you can add windows inside and out. Mention it in the cleaning check and we'll include it in the price.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
No, that's not necessary. It is handy if you're there at the start and at the end, to talk through any details and go over the result together. We'll call you half an hour before we finish.
If you can't be there at the end, we'll ask you to pay for the clean in advance.
Do I have to pay the cleaners straight away?
When we're done, we go over the clean together. We only leave once you're happy. Before we go, you can pay in cash, by debit card or by credit card.
If you're not there at the end, you pay the amount in advance.
